Monodisperse Spherical Particles Nanopowders of Rare Earth Metals Oxides

Monodisperse REE nanopowders with spherical shape of the particles (dispersion on size <10%).


Lu2O3, Y2O3

Particle size ranging from 40 to 250 nm.
Dispersion on size: ≤ 10%.
Specific surface: 12,0-21,3 m2/g.
Looseness: 20%.
Crystal structure: cubic (a = 10,415 Å, 10,605 Å, accordingly).
Number of agglomerated particles no more than 10%.
Basic substance content: 99.3%.

(Lu1-XEuX)2O3 (х=0-0.1), (Y1-XNdX)2O3 (х=0-0.1)

Particle size ranging from 40 to 250 nm.
Dispersion on size: ≤ 10%.
Specific surface: 12,0-21,0 m2/g.

Crystal structure: cubic (a = 10,416 Å, 10,611 Å, accordingly).
