Mortar and pestle from especially pure sapphire
11.09.2015Mortar is designed for crushing substances which can not be milled in the ceramic or metallic mortars. Made from single crystal of synthetic sapphire.
External diameter – 80mm, height – 41mm, hemisphere diameter – 65mm.
Dimensions can be corrected according to customer.
Step-terrace structure on the vicinal (0001) surface of sapphire substrates are fabricated
21.04.2015The sapphire substrates (0001) with nanostructured surface with uniform distribution of terraces and steps in width from 38 to 2000 nm are fabricated. The width of steps increases with decreasing the angle of deflection geometric surface from a crystallographic plane. Height of steps nearby 0.22нм.
The non linear optic single crystals Ca10M(VO4)7 (M = Li, Na, K) have been grown
20.10.2014The new promising non linear optic single crystals Ca10M(VO4)7 (M = Li, Na, K) have been grown for the first time. Cylindrical crystals of diameter up to 25 mm and length up to 50 mm were grown from a [001] oriented seed by the Czochralski technique.
Optical sapphire disks for digital information storage are made
11.07.2014Sapphire disks which can be used as optical carriers for storage, dessimination and archiving of the digital information are made.
Large-size sapphire single crystal (350х540х30 мм3) are grown
30.10.2013Large-size sapphire single crystal (350х540х30 мм3) are grown by Horizontal Directed Solidification Method (HDSM) in the protective gas atmospheres.
New scintillation ceramics Lu2O3:Eu3+ has been fabricated
09.04.2013Lu2O3:Eu3+ optical ceramics with relative density of 98±2 % and average grain size of 50 mm has been produced.
New nanohybride films for emissive layers of white electroluminescence divices
17.01.2013New thin film electroluminescence material on the base of the polymer photoconductor and the semiconductor nanocrystals is developed.
The promising non linear optic single crystals Ca9Ln(VO4)7 (Ln – Y, La, Gd) have been grown by the Czochralski method
10.09.2012The promising non linear optic single crystals Ca9Ln(VO4)7 (Ln – Y, La, Gd) have been grown by the Czochralski method. The deviation from Ca/Ln stoichiometric ratio in the crystals was observed. The magnitude of deviation is increasing from Y to Gd.
